You know those moving images? I call them to GIF's. I have a program to create moving images. It is on behalf of Easy GIF Animator or just gifan. the program is paid for, in order to obtain necessary license key. Of course most of us wants to throw money for such items. But Easy GIF Animator is not enough if you want create a gif yet unseen on the Internet, if you want your gif by to high or more... You need to Fraps. Fraps is a program for recording or taking pictures of the pc games, but this program can be adapted to shoot so well from the your's video, and from Video in sites. The problem this program will also be paid. With the free version of the program you can shoot video 30sec and shooting the pictures only BMP format. That is how I'm doing! Then, go to the captured BMP from gifan program and there have animated GIF. Here you can evaluate those programs and my work http://s907.photobucket.com/albums/ac271/EnvyNarut... Anime fans: side in a war on this website, you will see Fullmetal Alchemist folder... You'll get the latest and perhaps more anime animated GIF's.
